New Growth

Clinical Supervision

With many years experience of clinical therapeutic practice in a wide range of settings, I am pleased to facilitate the growth of other practitioners within my role as Clinical Supervisor.

Whether you are established in your practice, or just starting out on your training journey to become a Play Therapist or Creative Arts Counsellor, I would be happy to discuss the possibility of supporting you in your clinical work.

I use a model of process-led supervision to continuously develop and strengthen a shared understanding of an ethical framework, informing safe and effective practice. I work with the lens that authentic self-care is integral to sustaining the person within the profession, and that creative processes can be effective in providing direct access and awareness to somatic experiences which offer valuable information.

Supervision for educational staff: There is growing recognition that children and young people do better with the presence of an emotionally available adult in school. Group supervision with teaching staff and/or Senior Leadership Teams can offer an effective space to identify obstacles and develop creative approaches in overcoming them. If you work in an education setting and are interested in exploring this further, please use the contact form to get in touch.  â€‹
